Friends, for those of you that have been to our show before, do you ever meet a guest that is so kind, fun and absolutely unlike the demented killer they play on screen that you want to meet them again? If you answered in the affirmative, I’d be willing to bet a lot of you were picturing our next guest for this year’s convention, the inimitable Mr. Bill Moseley. Bill has been with us for almost every show, and part of the reason is his humor and genuine appreciation for his fans that line up to greet him year after year. The other part is the legendary status his acting ability has given to characters like Choptop from Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and Otis from House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects. Aside from those maniacs, Bill has played roles from comical (Crazy Max from Adam Green’s series Holliston) to dramatic (Logan in Corbin Bernsen’s film Dead Air) to everything in between, even including musicals (Luigi Largo in Darren Lynn Bousman’s cult classic Repo! The Genetic Opera). Speaking of music, Bill has also pitched his pipes for his bands Cornbugs and SpiderMountain, and Primus even sampled one of Bill’s lines as Choptop for their song “Jerry Was A Racecar Driver.” So, whether you’ve never met him or want to meet him again, Bill has enough handshakes and stories in him for everyone, and we hope you’ll come down and see him this October 16-18.
